Todd has been appraising land, commercial and industrial property since 1987. His scope of work is diverse and includes most property types such as subdivisions, vacant/developed land, apartments, retail, office, industrial and special use properties. He is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas. Todd continually upgrades company technology and data management to improve quality and efficiency. Through preparation of appraisals and by reviewing most reports prepared by the staff, his market knowledge is broad and current. Todd holds ownership interests in land, apartments and commercial properties. He earned a BBA in real estate and insurance from Delta State University in 1986. Having achieved membership in the Appraisal Institute (MAI), Todd is qualified for most consulting and valuation assignments.

Bill Powell, Jr., MAI, CCIM Senior Advisor/Consultant Certified General Real Estate Appraiser Broker – State of Tennessee

Bill has more than twenty years of commercial appraisal experience. He has been active in property brokerage and development including hunting clubs, residential subdivisions, industrial sites, mixed-use commercial, office buildings and shopping centers. Bill has held ownership interests in farms, commercial land, industrial land, shopping centers and office buildings. He is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. Bill is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Coupled with his background in banking, farm management, commercial mortgage, property development and commercial brokerage, Bill is well qualified for consultation and valuation assignments.

Hugh Greer Certified General Real Estate Appraiser

Hugh completed a BBA degree in marketing from the University of Memphis and began his commercial real estate career as a broker and tenant representative in 1989. Hugh joined C&I Appraisal Services, Inc in 1991. With more than seventeen years of commercial real estate experience, he has performed valuations and market studies on various office, retail and industrial facilities. In addition, he has prepared reports on special use property such as places of worship, car washes, reception halls, mini-storages & various service facilities. Hugh is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Tennessee.

Andrew Trott Certified General Real Estate Appraiser

Andrew completed a BBA degree in real estate from the University of Mississippi and began appraising property in 1991. After eighteen months as a residential appraiser in south Mississippi, Andrew joined C&I Appraisal to pursue a commercial and multi-family appraisal career. He has worked with many property types such as subdivisions, apartments, retail, office, industrial, and special use properties. Andrew has knowledge in all types of multi-family appraisal including those with rent restrictions, tax freezes, bond financing, tax credits and other issues. He has prepared reports to Fannie and Freddie standards. He also focuses in day care facilities and convenience stores. Andrew is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Tennessee with more than fifteen years of experience.

Dana B. Richardson Certified General Real Estate Appraiser

Dana has been in the real estate field since 1990. Originally a residential appraiser, He joined C&I Appraisal in 1996 to pursue a commercial appraisal career. Dana has appraised a number of commercial and industrial properties and specializes in analysis, consultation and valuation of vacant land, subdivision developments and hotel/motel properties. He is the manager for the hospitality division of C & I Appraisal Services, Inc.; whereby, he has overseen multiple aspects of this hotel/motel appraisal and consulting. He is also active in acquisition, sales, management and consulting for renovation and rehabilitation of single and multi-family properties. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Tennessee.

Chris Wilson Certified General Real Estate Appraiser

Chris began his commercial appraisal career after completing a BBA degree in real estate from the University of Mississippi in 1996. He has performed valuations and market studies on various commercial, industrial and special use properties. Chris has extensive appraisal experience in office, retail and industrial properties. In addition, he has prepared reports on special use property such as surgical centers, auto dealerships & service facilities, truck terminals, fast food & dine-in restaurants, and various manufacturing facilities. Chris is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Mississippi. He is also a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Tennessee.

Riley Rector Certified General Real Estate Appraiser

Riley joined C&I Appraisal Services in 2003 after four years of experience as a commercial real estate broker. Since 1999, he has performed broker opinions of value and market studies on various commercial and industrial properties. As a broker, he has represented both landlords and tenants in office, retail, and industrial leasing. He has represented buyers and sellers in office, retail, industrial and land purchase and/or sale situations. His understanding of the transactional side of real estate has been an invaluable tool in his transition into the appraisal profession. Since joining the firm, Riley has prepared appraisals on a variety of property types including offices, industrial buildings, medical offices, auto service facilities, fast food restaurants, dine-in restaurants, net leased properties and land. Riley is currently a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Tennessee. He is actively pursuing the MAI designation.

Craig joined the company in 2006 and has been appraising all forms real estate for over 30 years. He has experience in more than 30 states across the nation. As a real estate appraiser for tax consultant purposes he has valued ultra-large industrial and manufacturing facilities. He has performed appraisals that have been utilized in tax assessment and tax consultation, loan application, relocation, urban renewal, legal purposes and condemnation. Appraisal experience includes industrial, agricultural, multi-family, hotel/motel, office buildings, retail buildings, outpatient surgical centers, auto dealerships, large retail shopping centers and malls. He is currently a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Tennessee and Kentucky.
