C&I Appraisal Services, Inc. is a full service commercial real estate appraisal firm providing appraisals,
consulting, feasibility analyses and market studies. We have performed numerous assignments on multi-family,

The Memphis MSA is our region of concentration including: Shelby, Tipton and Fayette counties in Tennessee,
DeSoto County in Mississippi, and Crittenden County in Arkansas. We have performed hotel/motel valuations in

scope of work has enabled the staff of six appraisers to amass a comprehensive database of sale, lease and
expense comparables with over 3,000 records.
Report options are varied with complete and limited appraisals encompassing self contained, summary and
restricted use reports. Documents can be tailored to your needs while remaining competitively priced. Fees
